Team and roles
Seats are unlimited on every plan, so invite everyone who touches outbound. Each person has one of three roles in each workspace they belong to.

Invoices and the card are managed by the person who pays for the workspace, whatever their role.
Inviting people
- In Settings, Members, invite by email address and pick a role. Invites work for 7 days and can be cancelled before they're accepted.
- The invite email links to a page where they sign in or create an account and join.
- Removing someone ends their access right away, and the API keys they created stop working.
- Anyone can leave a workspace. To come back, someone with admin rights has to invite them again.
Workspaces
A workspace holds its own mailboxes, domains, leads, campaigns, Unibox and settings, and nothing is shared between workspaces. Agencies usually make one per client. Add one from the workspace switcher; each workspace has its own plan. Switch with the switcher or ⌘1 to ⌘9.
API keys and connected apps
- API keys belong to a workspace and act with their creator's current role: if an admin becomes a member, so do their keys. Create them in Settings, API keys, with an optional expiry of 1 to 365 days.
- AI apps connected over OAuth (Claude, ChatGPT) are listed on the same page. Disconnecting one ends its access at once.
- Keys can't create other keys or touch payments: those need a signed-in person.
